As we gear up for the latest instalment of Coles Little Shop pandemonium with the release of their Christmas Edition range next Friday, it seems some eBay sellers are using the festive season as an excuse to sell their collections for hundreds of dollars.
While many eBay sellers are offering up packs of the unopened Little Shops collectibles for sale as ‘Christmas stocking fillers’, at least one is offering their whole ‘used’ collection of the 30 Little Shops items for a whopping $200.
The seller even tells prospective buyers that the Little Shop collection is the ‘ideal Christmas present’.
But while that is sure to raise the eyebrows of many Little Shops fans, you’ll be shocked to hear that this the most expensive collection currently for sale on the shopping site.
One eBay is selling their full Little Shop collection as well as 48 unopened minis for - and you might want to sit down for this - a staggering $1,799. And another set which includes a rare Mini Big Red Hand, Trolley, Basket, Apron & Shopping bag set, Shop Front, Base Ball Cap, Shirt and 100 unopened Minis is going for a mind-blowing $1,999. Aye carumba!
This is a serious hike up from the amount that collections were selling for after the Coles collectibles hit eBay back in July - and many can’t help but wonder if it’s because of the Christmas rush for gifts.
One thing’s for sure - those who have a full set are going to be sitting on a gold mine they add the Christmas Edition Little Shop collectibles to their collection, after they hit Coles stores on December 7. But will you want to part with your set?
