395 g can sweetened condensed milk
125 g butter, chopped
250 g packet Marie biscuit, finely crushed
1¼ cups moist coconut flakes
½ cup mini candy-coated chocolate pieces
½ cup jelly beans
220 g dark or milk choc melts, melted
- Line an 18 x 28cm slice pan with baking paper, leaving an overhang on two sides. Place the condensed milk and butter into a saucepan and stir over a low heat until well combined and smooth. Set aside to cool until room temperature.
- Combine the crushed biscuits, coconut flakes, m&m’s and jellybeans in a large bowl. Add the condensed milk mixture and stir until combined. Spread the mixture into prepared tray and then smooth the surface.
- Spread the melted chocolate over the slice then chill in the fridge for 2hr or until firm. Cut into squares to serve. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
