No-wait pizza dough
Cook: 10 Minutes - easy - Makes 2 - Vegetarian - nut-free - egg-free - pregnancy-safe

From zero to pizza party in under 30 minutes? Alright! Just prepare the dough in 15 minutes, top with your favourite ingredients, then cook until gooey.

Ingredients

4 cups strong plain "00" flour, plus extra for dusting

1½ tsp sea-salt flakes

1 tsp dried oregano

100 g butter, chilled, chopped

1 ⅓ cups milk

Method

  1. Put flour, salt and oregano in a bowl.
  2. Make a well in centre and add butter.
  3. Using your fingertips, rub butter 
into flour until mixture resembles 
fine breadcrumbs.
  4. Stir in milk and, using your hands, mix into a loosely combined dough
  5. Turn out dough onto a lightly floured surface, then knead for 
2 minutes or until dough is smooth.
  6. Cut dough in half.
  7. Preheat oven to 200°C. Roll out dough. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from oven.
  8. Top with your favourite pizza toppings and cook as per recipe.
