Writes Tash: ‘Made jelly cakes in the pie maker too.....it's very versatile isn't it lol.’
We couldn’t agree more! Revealing that she started by mixing up a packet of vanilla cake mix as per the packet instructions and then baking the mini cakes in the pie maker.
Tash instructs: ‘Then you make a packet of jelly....250ml boiling water, stir till dissolved then add about 150ml iced water. Let cakes cool completely.
‘Dunk the cake in jelly then roll in coconut. Cut in half and add whipped cream if you desire.’
YUMMO! The jelly cakes got the big thumbs up from the other Kmart Pie Maker members, who were keep to give the recipe a go themselves!
‘How creative, thanks for sharing....enjoy!’ wrote one. Said another: ‘I’m going to make these next!’
Said one more: ‘There goes the diet ... Who I am kidding I hadn't started coz you guys keep posting yummy stuff 😂😂😂😂’
