Ingredients
1/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 eggs
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 3/4 cups plain flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 cup chopped strawberries
1/4 cup blueberries
Maple syrup to serve

Grease 12-cupcake non-stick tin and set aside.

In a large bowl, add milk, butter, apple cider vinegar, vanilla and eggs and whisk to combine. Add maple syrup and plain flour and stir again. Add baking soda, salt, strawberries and blueberries and mix again.

Spoon evenly into prepared cupcake tin. Cook in 175c oven for 20 minutes. Serve with extra maple syrup if desired.
