Never feel guilty about having a cold one for breakfast again!
Kelloggs has teamed up with Sydney brewery One Drop Brewing Co and created a craft beer made from Cornflakes! Yes really!
The nitro beer is described as tasting sweet, creamy fruity, coconut, super ripe strawberries, banana nectar and pineapple sweetness.
Since it’s a nitro-based beer, One Drop co-founder Meg Barbic recommends giving it a shake before serving. “Shaking [it] three times then pouring hard vertically into a glass ensures the creamiest, milkiest result,” she says.
According to Bruno Madonna, director of research and technology at Kellogg: “We’ve always had a love of combining innovation with great tasting product at Kellogg. Kellogg’s Corn Flakes has been a catalyst to many amazing creations over the years so partnering with local Botany brewery, One Drop, seemed like a no brainer. This beer is a fun way to remind Aussies of the versatility of cereal.”
