Ingredients
250g/9oz cherry or small plum tomatoes
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp each salt and pepper
Method

Halve 250g/9oz cherry or small plum tomatoes
and put cut-side-up on a baking sheet -
Drizzle over 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil and 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar.

sprinkle over 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped.

and 1 tsp each salt and pepper.

Bake at fan 140C/ conventional 160C/gas 3 for 20 minutes until shrunken.
