50 g (½ cup) rolled oats
2 tbsp shredded coconut
1 small apple, coarsely grated
170 g tub Chobani 0.5% low-fat yoghurt
80 ml (⅓ cup) skim milk
1 tsp honey
1 peach, sliced
3 lychees, peeled and quartered
extra 1 tsp honey
- Combine rolled oats, coconut, apple, yoghurt, skim milk and 1 tsp honey in a medium bowl. Cover and put in the fridge for 4 hours, or overnight to soak.
- Divide muesli between serving bowls. Top with peach and lychees. Drizzle with another tsp honey.
