1 white peach
¼ cup vodka
1 cup guava nectar
1 tbsp raspberry cordial
1 ½ cups crushed ice
300 ml bottle sparkling mineral water, chilled
- Halve peach and remove stone. Thinly slice peach. Divide between two glass tumblers.
- Pour vodka, nectar and cordial into a medium jug. Stir to combine.
- Just before serving, place ¾ cup of the crushed ice into each tumbler. Divide vodka mixture over ice. Top with mineral water. Stir to combine.
