Ingredients
½ Telegraph cucumber (180 g), trimmed cut into long sticks
1 lemon, sliced
180 ml Pimm's Number 1 Cup
3 cups ice cubes
750 ml bottle lemon-flavoured mineral water, chilled
Method
- Cut cucumber lengthways into long, thin sticks. Divide among four tall glasses with lemon slices.
- Just before serving, place ¾ cup of the ice-cubes into each glass. Divide Pimm’s over ice. Top with mineral water.
