This weight-loss cookbook is flying off the shelves

It's beating Jamie Oliver
Pinch of Nom

A cookbook you may not have heard of has become the fast-selling non-fiction book in the UK since records began.

Pinch of Nom is a cookbook which started as a food blog by friends Kate Allinson and Kay Featherstone. They are two friends who owned a restaurant together, where Kate was head chef and they created their blog started to share healthy weight loss recipes with friends and people in their weight-loss group when they were trying to lose weight themselves.

What’s so good about Pinch of Nom?

> The meals in the book are all “healthy recipes that don’t taste like diet food.” The duo have transformed many traditionally unhealthy (but delicious) takeaway meals like pizza, kebabs, cheesesteaks and chicken satay into ‘fakeaways’ that still taste amazing but with much fewer calories.

> Most of the recipes in the book can be prepared in under 30 minutes.

> Each recipe has been tried and tested by 20 Pinch of Nom community members to make sure it actually is easy to make and is healthy and full of flavour.

Pinch of Nom is published by Macmillan and is available online and in all good book stores.
