Ingredients
2 cups chilled pineapple juice
½ cup passionfruit pulp
2 cups crushed ice
1 thinly sliced pink-skinned apple, ½ peeled
1 cup pineapple thinly sliced
⅔ cup mint leaves
1 bottle lemonade
Method
- Combine 2 cups chilled pineapple juice, ½ cup passionfruit pulp, 2 cups crushed ice, 1 thinly sliced pink-skinned apple, ½ peeled, thinly sliced pineapple and ²⁄³ cup mint leaves in a large jug. Stir to combine. Top with chilled lemonade and serve.
