Ingredients
140 g large cooked prawns
6 radishes, with the tops on
For the dip
75 g mayonnaise
½ garlic clove, crushed
1 tbsp chilli sauce (we used sriracha)
1 tbsp snipped chives
Method
- In a small bowl, mix the dip ingredients. Scrape into 2 small dipping bowls and place on 2 small plates with the prawns and radishes.
