Princess Diana’s family visit Prince Harry and Meghan to meet baby Archie

It was important for Harry

Master Archie had a very special visitor pop by Frogmore Cottage recently.

According to The Telegraph, Princess Diana’s older sister Lady Jane Fellowes, who gave a reading at Harry and Meghan’s wedding was one of the first people to meet the couple’s son – just days after he was born.

It is understood, the Duke of Sussex is extremely close to his mother’s side of the family and wants to make sure Archie is too.

Meanwhile, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are expected to visit Frogmore Cottage and meet their new nephew for the very first time this week.

“It seems a bit strange that William and Kate have not yet been to see Archie,” royal reporter Phil Dampier told the Telegraph.

“I’m sure for many, it will fee into the recent narrative that Harry and William have grown apart.

He continued: “Of course, it was Harry and Meghan’s decision to move away from Kensington Palace, which does make the logistics a bit more difficult.”

Despite this, Prince William and Kate previously revealed they were “thrilled” for the Sussexes and were waiting for everything to calm down before visiting.

“I wish him all the best and I hope in the next few days they can settle down and enjoy having a newborn in their family and the joys that come with that,” William said.
