Tasty toppings can turn a basic leaf, bean or potato salad into something special. Make a batch or two ahead of time and store them in an airtight container for up to 2 days.

Ingredients

6 slices of Prosciutto

1 tbsp Oil

Method

  1. Slowly fry 6 slices of prosciutto (Parma ham) in
    a large non-stick frying pan for about 5 minutes until crispy.

  2. Remove from pan and leave to cool, then crumble into small pieces.
