2 slices of torn prosciutto
¼ cup parmesan cheese
¼ cup grated vintage tasty cheese
2 fried eggs
1 package baby rocket salad mix with tomato
- Place 2 individual stone baked pizza bases onto large baking trays. Top each base with 2 slices of torn prosciutto. Evenly sprinkle over ¼ cup each parmesan cheese and grated vintage tasty cheese. Bake at 230°C (210°C) for 8 min or until the bases are golden and crisp and the cheese has melted. Top each pizza with 2 fried eggs and season with pepper. Serve with a rocket and tomato salad.
