This fresh four ingredient salad comes with beautiful soft potatoes, sweet baby tomatoes and crispy green beans with tuna
500 g baby potatoes
200 g green beans
450 g punnet of heirloom tomatoes
285 g tinned tuna in brine
- Cut 500g baby potatoes in half. Cook in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water until tender. Drain. Cool.
- Trim 200g green beans and cut in half. Boil, steam or microwave until tender. Rinse under cold water. Drain.
- Take a 450g punnet of heirloom tomatoes and cut in half. Combine with potatoes, beans and 3 x 95g cans Tuna in a large bowl. Season.
