1 large barbecued chicken cut into portions
250 g mixed salad leaves
2 sliced avocados
2 cup mixed berries
2 tbsp balsamic glaze
1 loaf garlic bread to serve
- Cut or break a large barbecued chicken into serving portions (such as the thigh, drumstick, wing and breast).
- Place 250g mixed salad leaves onto a platter, top with 2 sliced avocados and 2 cups mixed berries. Top with chicken pieces, drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Serve with warmed garlic bread if desired.
