150g bag Movietime Multi Colour Popcorn (6 cups)
1 cup Rice Bubbles
280g bag pink and white marshmallows
75g unsalted butter, chopped
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
1/3 cup mini M&M’s
Grease a 20cm x 30cm lamington pan. Line base and sides with baking paper, extending paper 2cm above long edges of pan.
Place popcorn and Rice Bubbles in a large bowl.
Combine marshmallows, butter and vanilla in a medium saucepan. Sir over a medium heat for about 3 minutes, or until marshmallows are melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat. Add to popcorn mixture. Mix well.
Spoon mixture into prepared pan. Using wet hands, press firmly into pan. Sprinkle with M&M’s. Refrigerate for 1 hour, or until firm.
Lift slice out of pan. Cut into pieces.
