2 red grapefruit
2 cups mixed fresh or thawed frozen berries
¼ cup pomegranate seeds
1 bunch fresh mint
- Segment 2 each oranges and red grapefruit over a bowl to catch all the juice. Add 1 cup red grapes and 2 cups mixed fresh or thawed frozen berries, add pomegranate seeds and toss gently to combine. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
