Ingredients
5 tbsp red wine vinegar
100ml/31⁄2 fl oz extra virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1⁄2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp caster sugar
1⁄2 tsp sea salt
1⁄2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

on the lid firmly and shake like mad.
