1 pinch cream of tartar
¾ cup caster sugar
1- 2 drops teal food colouring gel
- Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form. Gradually add caster sugar and beat until thick. Add teal gel food colouring. Use a piping bag with a 5mm nozzle to pipe shapes onto lined baking trays.
- Bake at 120°C (100°C fan forced) for 1 hr or until dry. Cool in oven with door ajar. Store in an airtight container.
