800 g desiree potatoes, peeled and sliced
300 ml thickened cream
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
1 cup grated tasty cheese, or a mix of tasty and mozzarrella
- Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan forced). Place potato slices in a 2L baking dish. In a jug, combine cream, garlic and rosemary. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour mixture over potatoes. Cover with foil and bake for 30 min.
- Remove from the oven and discard foil. Top with cheese. Return to the oven, uncovered, for a further 25-30 min until potatoes are tender and cheese is golden.
