4 small wholemeal pita breads
⅓ cup reduced-fat hummus
1 baby cos lettuce, roughly chopped
1 tomato, diced
1 Lebanese cucumber, halved and thinly sliced
½ small red onion, thinly sliced
150 g 97% fat-free roasted chicken breast sliced
1 tablespoon fat-free Italian dressing
⅓ cup reduced-fat tzatziki dip
- Lay pita bread on a flat surface and spread evenly with hummus.
- Combine the lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, chicken and dressing in a bowl. Divide among pitas and top with tzatziki dip. Garnish with chopped chives or dill sprigs.
