Just days after reports emerged that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have dismissed two nannies as they weren’t right for their son Archie, a source has now claimed that Meghan has been putting potential nannies through an intense auditioning process.
A source told Fabulous Digital that the whole process has been “humiliating for the poor nannies.”
“With the christening of Archie imminent on Saturday in the Queen’s chapel in Windsor, it seems Meghan is very reluctant to relinquish any control to a professional pair of nanny hands,” the insider said.
Meanwhile, sources close to the Sussexes told The Sun that Buckingham Palace does not comment on staff hiring, however they went on to reveal the reasons for the numerous nannies Archie has had so far.
“Often there are different needs at different stages of the baby’s life. The first nanny was a night nurse.
“But Harry and Meghan do not want to rush this or take any risks getting this decision right. It’s deeply personal and can depend on the needs of the baby and parents.”
Meghan gave birth to baby Archie on May 6, and they then introduced him in public two days later at a photocall in Windsor.
