80 g parmesan cheese, cubed
2 yaki nori sheets, cut into 5cm squares with scissors
80 g roasted walnuts
½ can (200 g) canned chopped tomatoes
2 - 3 anchovy fillets
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Place parmesan, nori and walnuts into Thermomix bowl and mill 10 sec/speed 10. Add remaining ingredients and blend 6 sec/speed 6.
