Ingredients
1 loaf pumpernickel bread
250 g cream cheese
¼ cup chopped chives
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Pepper
1 package rolled smoked salmon strips
6 cooked and peeled prawns

Cut 5cm rounds from pumpernickel bread. Beat 250g cream cheese with ¼ cup chopped chives, 2 teaspoons lemon juice and some pepper in a bowl. Spread mixture onto bread rounds and top half with rolled smoked salmon strips and half with cooked, peeled prawns.
