4 chicken breast steaks (480 g)
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
400 g loaf Turkish bread
50 g mixed salad leaves
mayonnaise, to serve
- Toss chicken in paprika,olive oil and salt and pepper.
- Heat a large, oiled non-stick frying pan over a medium to high heat. Add chicken in two batches. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- Cut loaf into four pieces. Split in half horizontally. Thinly slice avocado. Top bread bases with leaves, chicken and avocado. Drizzle with mayonnaise. Replace bread tops.
