Ingredients

1½ tbsp paprika

1 tbsp sea salt flakes

2 tsp finely grated orange rind

2 tsp sumac

2 tsp brown sugar

1½ tsp fennel seeds

1 tsp dried chilli flakes

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients 
in a small bowl. Mix well.
