Ingredients
⅓ cup slivered almonds
⅓ cup pepitas
⅓ cup sunflower seeds
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
⅓ cup pine nuts
1 tsp ground cumin
½ tsp mild curry powder
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp maple syrup
Method
- Place almonds, seeds, nuts, cumin and curry powder in a bowl. Mix well. Add sauce and syrup. Stir until coated. Spread over an oven tray lined with baking paper.
- Cook in a moderately slow oven (160C), stirring halfway through, for about 10 minutes. Remove.
- Cool mix on tray. Store in an airtight jar.
