Invite the gang over and cook up a batch of these finger-licking ribs
1.5 kg American style pork ribs
2 cloves of grated fresh garlic
¼ cup teriyaki marinade
¼ cup honey
1 lemon juiced and zested
¾ cup water
- Cut 1.5kg American-style pork ribs into serving portions and place in a non-metallic bowl. Add 2 grated fresh garlic cloves, ¼ cup each teriyaki marinade and honey and the juice and rind of one lemon. Chill in the fridge until ready to cook.
- Place a rack into a lined baking tray, arrange ribs over the rack. Place remaining marinade into a small pan, add ¾ cup water, simmer for 10 min. Set aside. Roast ribs at 200°C (180°C fan forced) 30-35 min or barbecue over low heat, turning often until done. Serve with sauce, coleslaw and Sweet Potato Shreds.
