225 g very ripe strawberries, after hulling
1 tbsp caster sugar
200 ml condensed milk
150 ml whole milk
- Heat the oven to 200C/180C fan. Halve the strawberries and toss with the sugar on an oven tray lined with baking paper. Roast for 15-20 minutes until soft and juicy. Tip into a blender or food processor with the condensed milk and whole milk and whizz until smooth. Divide between ice-block moulds and freeze overnight.
