Ingredients
4 tbsp houmous
2 wheat-free pitta pockets
4 ready-made falafel, halved
½ red capsicum, deseeded and sliced
handful rocket leaves
Method
- Spread the houmous on the inside of each pitta, then layer with the falafels, capsicum and rocket.
