¼ cucumber, peeled and chunked
1 cup fresh baby spinach leaves
¼ avocado, peeled and chunked
1 lime, juiced
1 kiwi fruit large, juiced
- Put the cucumber, spinach, avocado and fruit juices into a smoothie maker or blender and whiz until smooth. Dilute with a splash of water if you like.
