Enjoy a special meal for two with this pork and prawn main, served with a creamy garlic and white wine sauce. You won't believe it's ready in 20 minutes!
2 x 180 g pork Scotch fillet steaks
2 cloves chopped garlic
¼ cup white wine
200 ml thickened cream
8 green prawns cutlets
chopped parsley, to serve
- Heat a large heavy-based frying pan over a medium-high heat. Brush steaks with olive oil. Cook for 4-5 min each side, or until cooked to your liking. Set aside.
- Reheat the juices in pan and add a little butter and garlic, cook for 30 sec. Add wine and cook 1 min. Stir through cream and season, bring to simmering point. Add prawns with tails on and cook for 2 min more. Serve steaks, topped with prawns and sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley.
