That’s right, Resh used small circles of the mudcake and ganache for the sushi base, then topped it with coconut to appear as rice and little squared of different-coloured jelly snakes for the sushi filling. Genius!
Resh’s masterpiece was so convincing, it fooled many followers to the awesome Facebook group - including a sushi chef!
‘I’m a sushi chef! Looks great!!’ wrote one. ‘I thought it was actually sushi!’
Said a third: ‘OMG that is so cool!’ Added one more: ‘I’m stealing that!!! What a great idea.’
Other followers also suggested the ‘FANTASTIC’ idea of pouring melted chocolate into the fish containers to finish the creation.
