Ingredients
½ cup Mexican chilli powder
⅓ cup onion powder
⅓ cup garlic powder
⅓ cup paprika
⅓ cup cumin
2 tbsp dried oregano
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp sea salt
Method
- Combine ½ cup Mexican chilli powder with ⅓ cup each onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and cumin. Add 2 tablespoons each dried oregano, brown sugar and cornflour. Mix well, adding 1 tablespoon sea salt.
- Divide into 5 portions and place into bags or containers.
