Players Pierre-Hugues Herbert and Sergiy Stakhovsky were facing off in Germany when the ball boy went over on the grass while attempting to retrieve the ball. With the young lad’s ankle and knee appearing to take the worst of it, medical assistance was called in.

The boy was on the ground for several minutes before being removed in a wheelchair, as he was unable to walk. A kindly Herbert presented the kid with his headband as a memento.

For those who care, Herbert won the match 2-6, 7-6, 6-4.
