And now it seems they’ve done it again with another genius hack idea – and it’s the perfect festive gift for the booze-loving friend or loved one in your life.
Several mums have taken to the fabulous Facebook group page to share this idea of turning the tray into a boozy Christmas gift.
One mum showed how she started by lining it with a $3 placemat and topping it with some $4 rose gold glasses, a $5 cocktail shaker, $5 festive tea towel, bows and candy canes – all from Kmart – and finally a bottle of vodka.Another revealed her Baileys inspired gift trays – for her son and daughter, aged 18 and 21 – which feature other Kmart items such as ice cube moulds, cocktail shakers, metal cups and of course the liquor. And we love how she’s colour-coded them to suit her son and daughter. So clever!
