Mars Wrigley say they’re looking for the ‘World’s Sweetest Intern 2019’ to join their team. It’s a 12-week role where you’ll get to do social media training and - most importantly - eat all their products and help develop new flavours.
And while they haven’t revealed the salary, can you really put a price on being able to eat chocolate non-stop at work? No, we didn’t think so. And they’re offering a sign-on bonus of a year’s worth of chocolates which is probably all the payment we’d need!
Of course there’s a catch, though. The role is in Chicago, meaning you’d have to move to the US for 12 weeks - but there are worse things that a working trip to the states, right?
The job is open to people over the age of 21 and the advertisement says:
‘Ideal candidates should be: Committed to effecting change in the community; previous experience in running programs or events preferred. ‘A strong entrepreneur and self-starter, preferably someone who isn’t afraid to ring every doorbell in every neighbourhood on Halloween.
‘As passionate about Chicago as a Sox fan who heads to Wrigley for the cross-town classic.
‘Able to distinguish between the chocolate used in Snickers vs. M&Ms; name all five fruity flavours from the Skittles rainbow; and prove they can keep a potted peppermint plant alive for at least eight weeks. ‘Demonstrate the will power to write about and photograph candy without eating it before the work is complete.’
