Said one: ‘Over half my order was missing. I didn’t know until I got there also ... No communication.
‘All they said to me was we had do many orders and just not enough stock. Well wouldn’t you ensure you have enough stock there for a promotion like this.
‘I even asked if they could keep the refund and rain check it for me at that price for when the stock came in - but nope.’
Added another: ‘I got 1 item - a 4 litre tub of icecream. No $25 evoucher like others.
‘No emails were sent until 11pm last night to say items unavailable - my pickup was between 4-8pm yesterday ... I am disappointed of course.’
Said a third: ‘I’m missing half of mine and waited 45 minutes. I asked for a rain check and they said there not doing it yet the guy in front of me got rain check on 90% of his order that was missing, I’m not impressed!’
Added another: ‘I got 10/20 and half of what I did get was wrong and I got charged $1 for 2 bags.’
Said one more: ‘Out of stocks and still no refund here as well 🙋🏼♀️’
And another: ‘I got 10. Received my out of stock email at 1.30am this morning. Bloody groceries were delivered 7pm last night wtf?? Had to pay $13 for the privilege......wont be doing that again, back to Coles and ALDI I go!

Despite the angry rants, many others had positive experiences with the Woolies sale - with scores saying they received their orders with no issues at all.
Others said they received $25 gift cards to apologise for cancelled orders and were cancelled rain checks on out-of-stock freezer items.
