Then if using a Thermomix, Kodie advises to ‘Mix on speed 2, 80’c 4mins or until the sugar and gelatine has dissolved.’ Or if you’re using a stove top, ‘mix sugar, gelatine & wine well until dissolved.’
She then advises: ‘Pour into moulds and in the fridge for at least one hour. The colder they are the easier they are to get out of the moulds. This recipe made about 30 gummies, but you can use any size silicone mould I guess.’
