When it comes to kitchen appliances, this little beauty just might take the cake.
The Alchema system allows you to turn fruit into plonk with just a push of a button, in the comfort of your own kitchen. It’s magical!
Available now via their website - and yes, it ships to Australia! - the Alchema works by giving you a range of recipes to choose from via their app. Once you’ve chosen the option you'd like, you put the suggested amount of fruit, yeast, sugar and water into the machine.
Then you just close it up, press start and in two weeks you’ll have a fresh batch of homemade cider. And if you’re happy to be extra patient and leave it a bit longer you’ll have your very own batch of wine. Genius!
The Alchema whips up three bottles of wine or cider per batch, with the alcohol ranging from about 3 per cent to nearly 11 per cent.
The only problem? It’s a little expensive. Priced at $US499, it’s going to put a dent in the back pocket - but given the endless supply of wine and cider you could potentially make, this baby will pay for itself in the long run.

It’s already had the thumbs up from many fans, who say it produces a ‘really nice drop of wine.’ Says one user: ‘I have 25 bottles of wine sitting here thanks to my Alchema!’
