Claire’s recipe involves blitzing 375ml of vodka with 35g of horseradish and 2 teaspoons of honey. See? We told you it was crazy!
She then strains the mixture through a coffee filter - you could try a muslin cloth - and pours it back into the vodka bottle, freezing until you’re ready to serve.
