1.5 kg box frozen tiger prawns, unpeeled
⅓ cup fresh lime or lemon juice
¼ cup fish sauce
¼ cup grated palm sugar or brown sugar
1 small red chilli, thinly sliced
- Thaw prawns following pack instructions, then transfer to a large serving bowl.
- Meanwhile, put lime or lemon juice, fish sauce and palm or brown sugar in a small jug. Stir until well combined, then transfer sauce to a serving bowl and stir through sliced chilli. Serve prawns with Thai-flavoured dipping sauce on the side.
