The pan of bacon then goes into the oven that has been heated to 205 degrees Celsius and is cooked for around 30 to 40 minutes.
Following the posting of the hack last month, the video has been shared almost 30,000 times with many home cooks showing their own version of the recipe under the hashtag #twistedbacon.
But not everyone was impressed, with many followers taking to the comments section to slam the use of seasoning on bacon.
