Pasta chips is as the name suggests - pasta that is eaten like chips".
TikTok user Feel Good Foodie uploaded a clip of her making the now-viral dish, where she describes them as the "best" appetiser.
"I just tried the trending pasta chips, and they're worth all the hype," she says.
In the video, which has over 2 million views already, she mixes cooked pasta with olive oil, parmesan cheese, and spices.
She then adds the pasta to an air fryer basket at 200 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes, tossing half-way through.
"I served it with a whipped feta dip, made with feta cheese, Greek yogurt, garlic and olive oil," she says.
"They're so easy to make and so good," she says.
The pasta chips have received mixed reactions with some Italian purists a bit alarmed.
"Hi, an Italian here, I just wanted to say, no," one user commented.
"These look amazing," another wrote.
