4 flat hamburger rolls
150g shaved leg ham
100g sliced mild Hungarian salami
2 small tomatoes, sliced
1¼ cups grated mozzarella
¹⁄ ³ cup basil, mozzarella and cashew dip
Cut rolls horizontally in half. Divide ham and salami evenly over bases. Top with tomatoes. Sprinkle with mozzarella.
Spread dip evenly over cut-side of roll tops. Place, dip-side down, over cheese.
Cook panini in a heated, large sandwich press for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is melted. Remove.
Cut in half to serve.
