⅓ cup brown sugar
½ cup water
1 lemon, juiced
1 tsp vanilla essence
3 chopped bananas
1 cup Greek-style natural yoghurt
¼ cup toasted coconut
- Combine brown sugar in a pan with water and the juice of a lemon. Add vanilla essence.
- Cook rapidly for 30 sec then add 3 chopped bananas. Cook for 1-2 min and serve with juices, yoghurt and a sprinkle of toasted coconut.
