Ingredients
½ fresh pineapple
1 large mango
250 g punnet strawberries
2 litres apple and mango fruit juice, chilled
1.25 litre bottle dry ginger ale, chilled
1.25 litre bottle sparkling mineral water, chilled
Ice cubes and fresh mint leaves, to serve
Method
- Peel pineapple. Remove and discard core. Cut pineapple into small pieces. Place in a large punch jug or bowl.
- Peel mango. Cut flesh from stone, then cut flesh into small pieces. Add to jug.
- Cut strawberries into thin slices and add to jug. Refrigerate, covered, until serving.
- Just before serving, add fruit juice, ginger ale, mineral water, ice cubes and mint.
